Please note that accommodation providers (e.g., hotels, motels, apartments, B&Bs, etc.), attractions, transport providers, tour operators, or any other travel provider or supplier of any related product or service available on the website may have, use, or apply terms and conditions, house rules, or other terms for the use, access, or consummation of the relevant service or product offered in addition to the following Terms of Use of Truairfare.

For all other reservations, please refer to the terms and conditions set out below.

1. Definitions

In these Terms of Use:

"Information" means all information available on the website, including but not limited to:

1. availability of hotel rooms;
2. room rates;
3. hotel descriptions and photographs;
4. hotel amenities;
5. user reviews;
6. editorial content;

"Permitted Purpose" means the purpose of comparing hotel accommodation rates and car rental services in connection with making Reservations or travel arrangements, but excludes any republication or redistribution of the Information or any part of the Information to consumers by any electronic means.

"Website" means www.Truairfare.com or any other website exclusively owned and operated by Truairfare.

"Offer" means the goods, products, and services offered by a third party or by us.

"Offer Provider" means any accommodation provider (e.g., hotels, motels, apartments, B&Bs, etc.), attractions, transport providers, tour operators, and/or any other travel provider or supplier of any related product or service available on the website.

"Reservation" means the order, purchase, rental, lease, payment, booking, or reservation of an Offer.

2. Services and Access to the Website

2.1 The Truairfare website provides an online platform through which Offers provided by Offer Providers are available for Reservation and through which website visitors can search, compare, book, purchase, or pay for such Offers. When making a reservation with Truairfare, payment can be made directly on the website or upon arrival with the respective Offer Provider.

2.2 Prepaid Reservations are Reservations for which you pay Truairfare at the time of making the Reservation, excluding charges that you must pay directly to the Offer Provider upon arrival. By making such a Prepaid Reservation on the Website, you agree to pay us to facilitate the Reservation with the Offer Provider as presented on the Website using the selected payment method. Truairfare will confirm your reservation and manage the booking with the Offer Provider.

2.3 Postpaid Reservations are Reservations that appear on the Website and for which you will pay the Offer Provider directly upon arrival. By making such a Postpaid Reservation, you establish a direct binding contractual relationship with the respective Offer Provider. Truairfare acts solely as an intermediary between the Offer Provider and you, transmitting relevant details about the Offer and Reservation to the Offer Provider and sending you a confirmation email on behalf of the Offer Provider after a Reservation.

2.4 The website contains a fraud detection system that could reject payments or other services made through the website. Truairfare will occasionally have the right to refuse payments and other services or request that you provide additional information or answer questions to validate or authenticate a payment or other actions performed through the website and/or to Truairfare. Truairfare shall not be liable for any damages resulting from this, for example, in the event that due to a rejected payment, an Offer is no longer available for Reservation.

2.5 By accessing the website, you:
a. agree to be bound by these Terms of Use; and
b. guarantee that you are at least 18 years old.

3. Prohibited Activities

You must not:

a. reproduce in material form, publish, publicly perform, communicate to the public, or make an adaptation of the Information or any part of the Information for any purpose other than the Permitted Purpose;

b. access or monitor the Information or any part of the Information using any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means without our prior written consent;

c. violate the restrictions in any robots.txt file on the website or circumvent or bypass any other measures employed to prevent or limit access to the website;

d. take any action that imposes or may impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure;

e. attempt to modify, translate, adapt, edit, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any software used by us in connection with the website.

4. Indemnification

You shall indemnify and hold us harmless from all costs, claims, third-party claims, liabilities, expenses, damages, and losses caused by your use of the website and the Information or any part of the Information for any purpose other than the Permitted Purpose.

Offer Providers marketing and promoting their Offer on or through the Website are responsible for updating and verifying all rates, prices, fees, availability, policies, and other relevant information displayed on our Website. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that all information is accurate, correct, and complete and cannot be held liable for any errors, misleading, or false information. Our website does not constitute nor should be considered a recommendation or endorsement of the service level, quality rating, and type of accommodation or Offer of any Offer Provider.

5.2 Verification of Information
You must verify the accuracy of the Information before accepting or using any Offer.

5.3 Assumption of Risk
You assume all risk in connection with your:
a. use of the Website and the Information; and
b. acceptance and use of any Offer. Truairfare has no control over and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policy of any third-party site that you visit.

6. No Warranty

We do not give any warranties and therefore do not warrant and cannot be held responsible for:

a. The quality or conditions of the accommodation's facilities, availability, or service provided;

b. The transmission of, or ultimate accommodation of, special requests provided while using the site to purchase or book an Offer;

c. The accuracy, quality, completeness, or reliability of the Website, the Information, and any Offer;

d. that the Website and the Information will be error-free, virus-free, uninterrupted, or free from unauthorized use or hackers.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 The software required for our services and intellectual property rights are owned by the Offer Providers or us.

7.2 Truairfare exclusively retains ownership of all rights and interests, including guest reviews and translated content.
